            I bought 3 of these and have opened 2 so far. Of those, one was fine. The other was defective in that the threading that allows the pieces to be screwed together was completely useless on one of the joints. After hours of trying to figure out a way to fix this, it became clear that there was no way. This brand new lamp ended up in the trash.

            We needed to get a second lamp since the first one had a problem with the threads making it impossible to assemble. However, [...] contacted the company and they sent us another one without question. Even those threads were a bit difficult to assemble but finally done! Casts a good deal of light into the room with a nice look to it.
