The product is great, in fact we ordered two. However one of them was missing hardware parts that totaled possibly $5.00. Although I emailed a list of the exact parts needed, I was told I had to return the entire lamp for a replacement because Hayneedle doesn't deal with parts. What a waste of money on Hayneedle's part and a pain in the rear for me to repack an entire lamp for return. This does not make any sense and I will forewarn any potential Hayneedle customers.

My husband thought this lamp was too "blah" by looking at the computer image. It arrived yesterday. He has changed his mind. The lamp is beautiful!! It is muted when not lit but turn on the bulbs and it is beautiful!!

The product arrived on schedule and although the instructions were not included, assembly was easy for my husband. We've been looking for this type of lamp for some time and are very pleased with our purchase. The only concern is the wattage requirement of 75. Not sure if we can use a lower wattage.
