great lamps and excellent customer servi

These are beautiful lamps. Well made, heavy so that they won't tip. Beautiful detailing on the metal bases, tops and finials. Very dark, almost black shades. Underside is a bronze color so reflects light well. Photo makes glass look like it's grey, but it is clear as stated.

Hayneedle provided excellent customer service. I ordered the lamps on a Tuesday, had them on a Friday. However, they wrong base was sent. I called their customer service and by Wednesday, the first lamp bases had been picked up by FedEx and new bases had been sent.
